As part of the ongoing partnership between Electrostar and EGYWEB, and after the successful launch of Electrostar website in 2010, EGYWEB helped the seasoned home appliances brand go social by establishing its Facebook page as well as Youtube channel.
The online activation used online hype and a digital media plan to create awareness and drive traffic to the social platforms. This was coupled with the brand's annual high season in Egypt's international fair.
The social media team managed to moderate the page creating a customer service channel and handled many sales leads until purchase.
